Deer Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry red wine
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon cardamom
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well.
Pour over deer steaks.
Marinate at the very least 3 hours.
Over night is better.
