Lemon Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup 100% all-bran cereal
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup light molasses
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/4 cup grated lemon rind
    1/2 cup seedless raisin

    In a medium-size bowl, combine the bran cereal and buttermilk. Let stand until the cereal is soft,.
