Pear And Goat'S Cheese Salad With Golden Syrup Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup walnuts
    3 pears
    2 tablespoons golden syrup
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    salt
    black pepper
    2 cups rucola
    150 g soft fresh goat cheese
Preparation
    Lightly toast the walnuts.
    Peel and core the pears and cut into thin wedges.
    Stir syrup, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard into a dressing.
    Season well with salt and pepper.
    Toss pears, walnuts, rucola, and half the dressing.
    Crumble cheese on top and drizzle rest of dressing over it.
