Microwave Dutch Apple Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
    1 apple, chopped with peel
    2 cups water
    1 tablespoon raisins
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup skim milk
    1 pinch nutmeg
Preparation
    Place oatmeal, water, spices, apples and raisins in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until oatmeal is thick.
    Allow to stand for a few minutes and serve with skim milk.
