Cheesy Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
15 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Chop artichokes.
Mix all ingredients together, except Ritz Crackers. Spread in shallow oven safe dish (I use an 8x12 dish).
Rough chop the Ritz Crackers (not crumbs) and spread on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or room temperature with crackers.
