Danish Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup granulated sugar
    6 tablespoons butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 lemon, rind of
    1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Put into loaf pan.
    Bake at 375 degrees F fo.
    r 1 hour or until done.
    Drizzle glaze made of juice of 1 lemon and 1/3 cup sugar over hot bread.
