Bordo Date Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup banana, mashed
1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup milk, sour

Preparation

cream sugar and butter
add bananas
add pineapple
sift dry ingredients 3 times.
mix in nuts and dates
add alternately with the milk.
bake in moderate oven 350 35 to 40 minutes using 2 8 inch cake pans or 1 9 inchform pan frost with caramel icing.
