All-Purpose Vegan Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups water
    1 cup raw cashews
    8 ounces pimentos, with liquid
    3/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Preparation
    Add ingredients to blender and puree until very smooth (a good 5-6 mintues). Scrape down sides as you go.
    Add mixture to sauce pan over low to medium low heat.
    Wisk until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
