Cranberry-Orange Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 cup light butter, softened (2 sticks)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    1 1/2 tablespoons orange peel, ground
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    3 cups oats
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except oats, flour and cranberries with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with a wooden spoon.
    Stir in oats, flour and cranberries.
    On UNGREASED cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
    Bake 9 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack or sheets of paper towel.
