Red Onion Caper Bread (Abm) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    2/3 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
    2 cups bread flour
    3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
    2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    1/3 cup capers
Preparation
    Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the onions and capers during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
