1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup walnuts
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups Rice Krispies
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Spoon onto cookie sheet by Tablespoons.
Bake 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
