Low-Fat Gluten-Free Gingerbread Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup oat flour
    1/2 cup cornstarch
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup molasses
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine wet ingredients.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased 8\" x 8\" pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 300*F convection oven, or 30-40 minutes 350*F conventional oven.
