Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Splenda granular
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven 350\u00b0F.
Mix peanut butter and Splenda together.
Add vanilla and egg.
Add baking soda.
Roll into 1\" balls 1\" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Crosshatch with fork.
Bake 8 minutes until light brown.
