Healthy Low Fat Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon dried onion
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    1 dash pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1 pint buttermilk (470 ml)
Preparation
    Blend all the seasoning together with the yogurt and mayonnaise.
    Add the buttermilk and blend well.
    Keeps (refrigerated) for several weeks.
