Ingredients

3 quarts dragon tongue beans, washed and trimmed, cut up if you like
1 medium onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 lb center-cut bacon, cooked slightly
2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons wylers chicken bouillon granules
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a 5 quart crock-pot and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve hot.
