No Sugar Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 cups unbleached flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup chopped dates
    1 1/4 cups water
Preparation
    Beat together mashed bananas and butter until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and water; beat. Slowly add in flour, baking soda and baking powder; beat well. Stir in chopped dates.
    Spread into an un-heated Baker.
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
