Yankee Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut-up fryer broiler chicken
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Place chicken in single layer in shallow 6 cup casserole dish.
Combine soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, & pepper & blend.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle with noodles.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0F.
