1/4 cup softened butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup apple butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Beat in egg, oats, and apple butter.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with the milk; beat until blended.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Chill well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
