Green Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups green tomatoes, sliced
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
Preparation
    Brush bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan with oil.
    Arrange tomato slices in pie pan.
    In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cottage cheese and oregano.
    Slowly pour mixture over tomatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0F for about 40 minutes.
