Peanut Butter Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    6 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    Combine milk and remaining ingredients.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake.
    Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges are cooked.
    Flip pancake and cook other side.
    Serve warm.
