Sugar Free Peanut Butter - Scotch Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1/2 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter, warmed until runny
    8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons Splenda granular
Preparation
    Grease a 9x13\" pan with cooking spray, set aside.
    Beat together pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Beat in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat cheese and Splenda until creamy.
    Add pudding mixture and beat smooth.
    Pour into prepared pan and chill 2-3 hours.
