Nicoise Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    1 cup clam juice
    2 cups chopped tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1 bay leaf
    2 lbs fish, cubed
    salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except fish, salt, cayenne and Bruschetta, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding fish during the last 15-20 minutes.
    Discard bay leaf; season to taste with salt and cayenne. Serve with bruschetta.
