Stacked Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    3 chicken breasts, cut in strips
    3 portabella mushrooms, cut in strips
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    8 ounces spinach
    1 yellow onion, diced
    16 ounces black beans (can)
    12 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
    4 ounces hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute chicken tomatoes garlic, spinach, onions, and mushrooms with beans on high heat for 10 minutes.
    In a round baking dish, layer a tortilla, chicken/veggies, cheese, tortilla, chicken/veggies, cheese, tortilla, chicken/veggies, cheese, tortilla, cheese. Add a splash of hot sauce between each layer.
    bake uncovered at 250 for 20 minutes.
