Slovak Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 well beaten eggs (I use extra larga)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons water
    1 cup flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir until smooth.
    Dip spoon into boiling water.
    Push small amounts of dough in water.
    Keep dipping spoon in boiling water as spoon cools.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Drain in colander.
    Rinse with water, if desired.
