Amish Friendship Bread (With Fresh Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 cup amish batter
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped nuts
    3 cups fresh fruit, diced, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and grease 2 loaf pans.
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
    Add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fold in the nuts and fruit.
    Pour into the prepared pans and bake 50-60 minutes.
