Ginger Lemonade Sekanji - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups water, divided
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon rock salt, just a teaspoon of salt will work
    2 teaspoons ginger, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon cumin, more if you wish, recipe said 1 teaspoon
    1 cup lemon juice
    mint, for garnish
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup water with sugar, rock salt, ginger, and cumin to make a simple syrup.
    Add remaining water and lemon juice.
    Chill to ice cold.
    Pour over ice or blend with ice.
