Absolutely Apricot Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
1/4 cup apricot jam
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dry milk
3 teaspoons instant yeast

Preparation

Place all ingredients in to your machines fully assembled pan.
Select the \"Basic\" or \"White\" cycle and press start.
