Harvest Time Pumpkin & Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup quick oats
    3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/3 cup oil
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cases.
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In another, medium bowl, combine the pumpkin, milk, oil and egg, blending well.
    Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients until the dry ingredients are just moist.
    Fill muffin cases evenly and bake for 22-25 minutes.
