Savory Sourdough Curry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sourdough starter
    1 egg
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup water
    1/3 cup low-fat powdered milk
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 teaspoons salt
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons dill
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    4 tablespoons curry powder, i use a mild one, might want to adjust if yours is strong
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or feta or shredded cheddar)
Preparation
    mix wet and dry separately, then combine quickly. do not overmix.
    pour into greased muffin tins or line in paper. bake at 375f for 30 minute.
