Okra Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 cups okra, sliced
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup canned tomato
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup cracker, crumbed
Preparation

Spread okra in a greased casserole.
Cover with oil, tomatoes, onion. green peppers, and seasoning.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 400* for 1 hour or until tender.
Uncover.
Top with crumbs.
Bake for another 15 min or until crumbs are lightly browned.
