Maggie'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 cups water
    1 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups mashed ripe bananas
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 cups flour
    1 cup walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add in all of the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
    Grease two 1 lb loaf pans and divide mix between the two (can also use 6 mini loaf pans instead).
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (if doing mini loaf pans, do 30-35 mins).
    Let cool on cooling racks.
    Slice, serve, and enjoy!
