Carrot Salad That You Can'T Stop Eatting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 organic carrots, 5 cups grated
    30 g pecans, broken
    30 g walnuts, broken
    30 g mixed dried fruit and sunflower seeds
    20 g unsweetened flaked coconut
    1/2 cup minced parsley
    1/4 cup sliced celery
    3 tablespoons raw coconut vinegar
    3 tablespoons coconut oil
    6 tablespoons raspberry chipotle jam
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    20 g fresh ginger, minced
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and place in a bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients together adjust seasoning to taste. Toss onto salad.
    Chill or serve immediately.
