Ritz Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Crust
    32 Ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    Pudding
    2 quarts vanilla ice cream
    1 (6 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/2 cups milk
    Topping
    1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers into crumbs.
    Pour melted margarine into crumbs add sugar, and mix until moistened, save some for top of pudding just for garnish.
    Press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
    Mix pudding ingredients together with a mixer.
    Pour over crust.
    Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve.
