Chicken In Sweet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, skinned and cut up
    1 ounce onion soup mix (I use Lipton's)
    18 ounces apricot preserves
    1/4 cup honey
    1 (8 ounce) bottle Russian salad dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in a baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cook uncovered in a 350F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice or tiny pasta (I like orzo).
    Simple as it can get!
