Vinegar Onion Hamburger Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 egg
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    6 -9 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    sliced cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    Let sit in fridge for 1 hour.
    Make into two or three patties, placing each one on a sheet of wax paper.
    Prior to cooking, use 2 - 3 dashes on Worcestershire sauce on one side of each patty. Make sure there is a light layer of sauce all over on the face-up side of the patty. Place that side of patty on grill/griddle first. Once that side is browned, flip and brown other side.
    Add cheese, if desired.
