Gluten Free Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup fruit, blended (such as strawberries or any mixture of fruit)
    2 cups rice flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 dash xanthan gum
    1/8 cup nuts (or roasted edamame, sunflower seeds, etc)
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar in large bowl. Beat in eggs, and fruit. Mix in flour & baking powder. Turn into 2 mini loaf pans, sprayed. Bake at 325 for one hour and 40 minutes until brown on top.
