Banana And Triple Berry Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 cup frozen mixed berries (blue berries, raspberries and blackberries)
    1 medium ripe banana
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 dash cinnamon
Preparation
    In a blender, add all ingredients.
    Blend on high for 1 minute.
