Pecan Butterball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325.
    Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
    Work the butter and vanilla into flour mixture.
    Add 2 cups of the chopped pecans.
    Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls.
    Roll each ball into the remaining nuts to coat.
    Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet, middle rack for 25 minutes.
