Lazy Gourmet'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups pecans, toasted
Preparation

Beat eggs. Slowly add each ingredient and mix in well before adding the next.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve chilled or room temperature with whipping cream.
