Taqueria Los Hermanos Tres Leches Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 1/4 ounces white cake mix
3 egg whites
1/3 cup oil
2 cups heavy cream, divided
3/4 cup half-and-half
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup strawberry, chopped

Preparation

make cake according to instructions with the egg whites and oil
cool completely.
ina bowl combine3/4 cup cream half and half and canned milk
with a knife score the cake so liquid can penatrate.
gradually pour the milk mixture over the cake spread evenly.
set aside.
with mixer mix the remaining cream vanilla and sugar
to spreading consistancy.
spread over cake
arrange pinapple and strawberries
chillc at least 1 hour before serving.
