Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup finely chopped saltine
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper (i like a little more)
    1 lb fully cooked ground ham
    1 lb ground pork
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
    combine eggs, milk, saltines, onion and 1/2 tsp dry mustard, and pepper.
    Add ham and pork.
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf and place in a 13x9x2 baking pan.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hours
    For Glaze: combine Brown sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 tsp dry mustard.
    Spoon glaze over loaf.
    Bake additional 20 minutes, basting with glaze.
