Zucchini Or Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups diced zucchini or 8 cups diced squash
    1 large green pepper, chopped fine
    1 large red pepper, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1 cup stale breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 large eggs, beaten well
    1 tablespoon dried basil, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Combine all ingredients well in a large bowl.
    Transfer to a baking dish that you have first brushed with olive oil to prevent sticking.
    Bake for 45 minutes, or until top is browned lightly.
