Janosch Marzipan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g marzipan
    150 g flour
    75 g butter
    150 g sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 egg white
    100 g chocolate
Preparation
    Mix everything until soft and shiny.
    Put the dough between plastic foil and flaten out.
    Cut out shapes.
    Bake at 180\u00b0C for 10 minutes.
    Melt the chocolate on the stove over steaming water.
    Decorate the cookies with melted chocolate (this can be fussy but it is fun as well).
