Easy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 pinch salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup coconut
    1 tablespoon margarine
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 9 inch shallow unbaked pie shell
    1 tablespoon flour (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake@ 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
    I use the flour to assure that the pie sets good, but it is not required.
