The Dove'S Nest Chilled Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 green onions, chopped
    5 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    1 -2 tablespoon chopped jalapenos with juice
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    3 cups sour cream
    1 cup buttermilk
    8 cups chicken broth, chilled
    salt and pepper
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Process the avocados, garlic 4 green onions, cilantro, jalapenos and Tabasco sauce in a blender until smooth.
    Add the sour cream. Process until blended.
    Pour into a large bowl. Stir in the buttermilk and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
    Chill covered, for several hours.
    Ladle into soup bowls. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
