Steak Paste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g steak
    2 tablespoons anchovies, sauce
    125 g butter
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation
    Remove any fat from the steak.
    Place meat into a double-boiler and cook for 4 hours.
    Place meat (and juices) into blender with butter and blend to a paste. Add other ingredients and blend to mix.
    Place into sterilized jars. Store in refrigerator.
