Homemade Salsa On The Fly (Paula Deen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe tomatoes, diced or (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with their juice
1 small onion, finely chopped (yellow or white)
1 small green bell pepper, seeds and veins removed, minced
1/2 cup chopped green chili, with juice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
Preparation

In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
