Brandy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    2 packages lipton dry onion soup mix
    1 egg
    1/4 cup cracker crumb
    1/3 cup brandy
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
    1 cup barbecue sauce
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Mix together the lean ground beef, onion soup mix, egg and cracker crumbs.
    Shape into meatballs and brown in a skillet with a little olive oil.
    Place meatballs into slow cooker.
    Mix together the last 5 ingredients and pour over meatballs.
    Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.
