Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup chocolate chips (more if desired)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup dried pineapple, cut to size
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F and lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Combine butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well.
Sift together flower and baking powder, gradually incorporate into wet mixture.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Drop heaping spoonfuls or roll 1 inch balls of batter onto cookie sheet; bake 15 minutes until tops are golden brown.
