Crock Pot Cheesy Bacon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
    4 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
    1 cup half-and-half
    2 tablespoons mustard
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except bacon in crock pot.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, on low 1 hour or until cheese melts.
    Stir in bacon; adjust seasonings.
    Serve with crusty bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
